How it works

  1. Enter an email address in the Outbound field for calls made from your sales agents to the customer
  2. Enter an email address in the Inbound field for calls made to your sales agents from the customer
  3. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma e.g. jane@calldrip.com,john@calldrip.com
